I had some hydraulic pipe and fittings made up by a company in West Sussex - I am going to fit a Navman auto-helm to my Quest 31. They were very helpful and very reasonably priced, made up my bits there and then, and they have made up auto-helm hydraulic systems complete for others in the past. They may be able to help.
Their details are:
Industrial Engineering Supplies Ltd, Unit G16, Rudford Industrial Estate, Ford, Arundel, West Sussex, BN16 0BD, England, tel: 0044 (0)1903 734000, fax: 0044 (0)1903 734123, e-mail: sales@iesltd.net
You could contact them, send a sketch by fax with dimensions and details of the fittings, and see what they say. They may be able to make up what you require and shipping it out to you could not cost much probably. Maybe one way out - worth a try.
Or try Vetus, e-mail: benelux@vetus.nl in Holland, or in the UK e-mail: sales@vetus.co.uk, tel: 0044 (0)2380 454507 (Southampton). They do lots of hydraulic boaty bits.
Good Luck, Chris
